“The Defendant is hereby restrained
from entering the abode of the Plaintiff
and the children and
is restrained from interfering with
the Plaintiff and the children
or molesting the Plaintiff in any way.”

And further

“The defendant has been guilty of willful neglect
in that said defendant
has neglected to provide for his wife and children
the common necessaries of life,
he having the ability to do so
and that his failure to do so
by reason of idleness profligacy, or dissipation,
and has been guilty of
extreme cruelty
in that he has inflicted upon the Plaintiff
grievous mental suffering.”
